How to Pay
We can accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.
Export Only (outside EU)
Value Added Tax (VAT) is deducted from all export orders (so at current VAT rates there is a saving of nearly 15%). All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Country Gingham cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
Delivery
Stock permitting all orders placed by mail order or on the web are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 -10 working days.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature is required upon receipt. Therefore, please provide an address where someone will be in (a work address, a neighbour etc.)
Delivery charges are calculated automatically depending on weight and will be displayed to you before you are asked for your card details
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your goods. Please check all items immediately on arrival. Some products will vary slightly as they are handmade. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your approval, please call us on:

You can return all unused items to us within 14 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please be sure to read and follow the product care instructions as, unfortunately we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds until the goods have been received back.
For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.
Gift Wrapping
We can wrap your gifts and send them direct to the recipient, together with a gift card and message from you. Simply tick ‘gift wrap’ on the order form to have your items gift-wrapped. There is a charge of £3 per item. (Please note: if more than one gift-wrap is required, we will charge you accordingly).

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correct at the time of going to press.
All sizes are approximate.
While the colour reproduction of our products is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.
Please note that a lot of our products are hand-made, so they may vary slightly.
